A journalist, executive producer, and partnership manager specializing in business development<\/em> , I bring over fifteen years of experience to the global audiovisual industry. My approach focuses less on the flawless pitch and more on the genuine architecture of collaboration\u2014building strategic alliances rooted in sound judgment, mutual trust, and a sustainable, long-term business vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armed with a negotiation credential from Harvard Business School, I have centered my career on the global animation industry. I currently head Growth Partnerships at El Reino Infantil (Spain\/Argentina), where we orchestrate international co-productions and represent premium IPs at the world's most competitive markets, including MIPCOM (Cannes), Kidscreen (Miami\/San Diego), and MIFA (Annecy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My career took root in radio and television prior to my graduation, a trajectory that eventually led me to produce an independent feature film and found a communications agency for artists. This seemingly diverse path shares a defining thread: understanding how narratives forge connections that generate real value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driven by a commitment to the sector, I joined the board of MIA (Women in the Animation Industry), cementing a core conviction: female leadership in the creative industries is an undeniable strategic driver, equally vital in crisis management as it is during phases of expansion, scalability, and innovation. Alongside my corporate roles, I have served as a lecturer across both public and private universities and institutional training programs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the corporate sphere, I channel my creativity through painting, sports, and yoga, operating on the belief that the capacity to observe and engage with the world is never confined to a single channel.
